Are you looking for an authentic Italian restaurant??? Look no more, Caruso restaurant is the place to be. Finally, carbonara done correctly ~ no cream! The pizza with anchovies is perfection. The service is on point. They have few parking in front of the restaurant.

Came here on an Italian expat's recommendation for authentic Italian pizza, the best pizza place and Italian restaurant he could find in the Philippines (Thanks Loïc). Showed up in the early evening without a reservation but nobody cared because the restaurant was empty, and service was a little slow even when it was only half full. Margherita Pizza, Mozzarella Bufala Pizza and Gnocchi/Gnochetta are great. Bolognese spaghetti is okay, nothing special like back home in the West or the U.S. Praline nougat ice cream is overpriced and abysmally small. Fried Calamari was okay, the grilled salmon and spinach were good but overpriced. The bread and olive oil dip were excellent. I'd give the pizza a 7/10 from what I've tasted here and elsewhere, though in the U.S. I've certainly had better, though it's made by actual Italians or Italian-Americans. Still, it was good, I liked it, I'd order it again, but it seemed overpriced nonetheless. Yeah, I'll eat here again. Spent around $197 or P10,800+ in total for 5 people and 1 child.

Nice and cozy atmosphere to have a good dinner. The food are 100% Authentic Italian which will make you happy in every bite. The owner, Mr. Emilio is very friendly and even seat with us to have a chat and a good Prosecco. He even sings classic Italian songs that will make you smile because of his good voice despite his age. Will surely be back to try their other dishes.

Complementary bread basket, parmesan cheese and olives. Bread was ok nothing special. Seafood soup - tomato base, tasted good. They cooked my grass fed veal Milanese in olive oil 😍 It was pan fried too - bonus points for that. Risotto Milanese with saffron - takes time to prepare about 30/40 mins but worth the wait. Nice staff and quality ingredients. I’ll be back.

One of the best and most authentic experiences in Metro Manila. Staff were great, atmosphere was amazing, and the food was simply delicious. Will come back for sure. On the expensive side but truly worth it.

First time here with friends total of 6 pax, had been order their famous steak for sharing, 2 types of salads, 2 types of famous pizzas, 3 types of soups (Mushroom, tomato, tomato with seafoods and quite tasty by eating with the breads) and 4 types of pastas ( I dont remember all the names and took all pictures so far as recommended by the staffs for their best sellers) Overall the ambience are so good, so quite for gathering or for dating, staffs are friendly and pro with well manners, got some parking lot from outside and even let us in without reservation as we just pass by and decided to having dinner from here. We will definitely visited once again~ :))

By today’s standards, this is a fairly large restaurant which features a small club room for more intimate gatherings. Can probably seat 120 persons or more. But this is refined dining at its best. Proper linens here. Proper serviettes/cloth napkins lightly starched and pressed to perfection. As they say, the ways of the “Old World” which is now a luxury. No surprise as the owner is himself a Milanese who relocated and is now with his family in Manila. High quality selection of fine wines. Even the sourcing of the saffron used in their risotto was carefully done. Their staff and servers are sharp and attentive. And knowledgeable. They even have a Maitre’ D on board with many years of experience. No wonder this place is a favored place of diners who want an excellent meal.
